This summer, the National Pork Board, Ed Wenck from 93.1 WIBC and Big Joe Staysniak from 1070 The Fan, teamed up and challenged local grillmasters for their best grilled pork recipe in the Summer Grilling Contest, courtesy of the National Pork Board. Thanks to all who entered.The winners have been chosen! Big Joe picked Ryan H.'s recipe for Spicy Pickle Pork Rolls and Ed chose Marcia P.'s recipe for Grilled Pork Loin Stuffed with Sauerkraut. Ryan and Marcia both receive a large-sized "Big Green Egg Grill", along with a "nest" (stand).
